William S. Howe, III, Ph.D.
Vice President of Academic Affairs and Dean of the MBA Program
Dr. Howe earned the Ph.D. at Stanford University and also holds master’s degrees from Harvard University and the University of Massachusetts.
He has served for 30 years as a professor within the areas of leadership studies, business, education, and arts and sciences, and has been an administrator in higher education for 15 years. Dr. Howe has developed new schools and programs in several university contexts, has taught in international schools, and has helped develop a new online university in Los Angeles, CA.
Dr. Howe has developed the “Leadership” course in the MBA program and the “Happiness, Success, and Meaning” course for the General Education component of the Bachelor of Science program.
Christopher Paniccia, Mat, MS, MFA, CAGS
Dean of Continuing Education
Christopher Paniccia has been a Professor in the Education and Art Departments of Bridgewater State University for the last twenty-five years.
He has taught numerous courses in the arts, the humanities, and the social sciences, and has extensive international educational experience. courses taught include drawing, painting, printmaking, and art history. Education courses include, methods courses, and all subject areas. Professor Paniccia has developed the “Ethical Reasoning,” “Digital Marketing,” and “Entrepreneurship” courses in the Bachelor of Science program.
Juancho A. Lim, Ph.D.
Professor of “Operations Management” and “Organizational Change and Transformation”, MBA program
Dr. Lim earned the Ph.D. in Business Administration at Northcentral University. In addition, he earned an MBA degree from the University of Phoenix. Both of his graduate degrees were earned online, so he fully understands online education. Dr. Lim also has significant professional experience in businesses.
At SCIU, he has developed the “Operations Management” and “Organizational Change and Transformation” courses in the MBA program.
Doug LePelley, Ph.D.
Dean of International Business Administration
Dr. LePelley earned the Ph.D. from Fielding Graduate Institute and also holds master’s degrees from Fielding and Case Western Reserve University. He has been a Dean and an Area Chair in higher education contexts, a professor online and on-site, and a leader in business contexts.
Dr. LePelley has developed the “Business Communication” and the “Strategy” courses for the MBA program.
Keisha Michelle Nleka, MS
Professor and Developer of SCIU courses in the area of communication
Ms. Nleka has 30 years of experience as an IT specialist and has worked in several university contexts. She earned the MS degree in Higher Education from Kaplan University and also holds a BS in Information Technology from Kaplan. Keisha Michelle Nleka was recently brought on board by Southern Californian International University as their Instructional Curriculum Developer& Faculty Member for Business Administration & Information Technology courses.
Professor NLeka is developing SCIU courses in the area of communication.
Dr. Kay Green
Online Instructor, Course Developer, Instructional Designer
Has 10+ year history of providing high-quality, innovative, expertise through cutting-edge course design and real-world instruction and application in the virtual classroom.
Certified in Digital Marketing, Instructional Design, Online Instruction, Social Media, and Quality Matters with progressive roles with universities, colleges, and corporations.

working collaboratively with virtual teams, students, and clients both domestic and abroad.
George Ackerman, Ph.D.
Professor of “International Business”, MBA program
Dr. Ackerman received the Ph.D. from Capella University and also earned a J.D. degree from Nova Southeastern University as well as 3 master’s degrees. He has extensive online teaching experience and significant work experience in legal, law enforcement, and government contexts.
Dr. Ackerman has developed the “Business Ethics” course in the MBA program and the “Business Management” in the Bachelor of Science program.
